Conditional Subclauses with "wenn", "falls" and without conjunction 

Conditional clauses are subordinate clauses answering the question UNDER WHICH CONDITION?. The conditional clause states a condition.
W E N N (if) The verb takes the last position in the subordinate clause.
Maya geht früh ins Bett, wenn sie müde ist.
Wenn sie müde ist, geht Maya früh ins Bett.
F A L L S (in case) Fulfillment of condition is unsure. The verb takes the last position in the subordinate clause.
Wir fahren nicht nach Karlsruhe, falls es morgen schneit.
Falls es morgen schneit, fahren wir nicht nach Karlsruhe.
Ø Subordinate clause before main clause. Conjugated verb in the subordinate clause in position no. 1.
Ist sie müde, geht Maya früh ins Bett.
Schneit es morgen, fahren wir nicht nach Karlsruhe.
